The property can accommodate up 13 people over 7 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. There is ample living and dining space to accommodate a full house, and plenty of room in the Garden to enjoy a BBQ in the summer months. There is also plenty of parking available on the large driveway.
The sleeping accommodation is split between the main house (five bedrooms) and the adjoining extension (two bedrooms). All of the bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom.
The nearby high street is within easy walking distance and is bustling in the summer with visitors from all over the world, who come to Cowes to take part in internationally renowned sailing events. The high street is teeming with excellent restaurants and bars and plenty of independent shops for browsing.
If you fancy exploring the Island, there are excellent transport links just around the corner. There is a regular bus route with buses to the Island capital (Newport) every ten minutes, and the nearby cycle route (23) will give you access to the entire Island cycle route network. If you’re planning on leaving the car at home, you can easily get to Cowes via the Red jet from Southampton which docks a 5-minute walk from the Cottage.
