Tucked away in a secluded spot and surrounded by woodlands and rural areas, Nutkins retreat is a delightfully peaceful place to get away from it all, and enjoy a daily dip in the outdoor pool.
Located just on the outskirts of the historical village of Whippingham, and a short stroll from the popular English Heritage site of Osborne House, the accommodation is an ideal spot for exploring.
The accommodation has two bedrooms and overlooks a very scenic natural stream and pond, within the ground of the property, which back onto a wooded area. The accommodation benefits from the use of a 30ft heated pool open between May and September and shared with an additional small lodge within the grounds.
There are two bedrooms, a shower room with pod shower, open plan living room and kitchen/diner. The master bedroom is very spacious and recently refurbished with views over the garden. The 2nd bedroom has a single bed with pull out trundle bed, making it into a twin.
In the living area, there is ample soft and dining seating, TV and wifi. Outside the living area is a large decked seating with views over the garden and stream. There are plenty of wild visitors to the garden, including red squirrels to watch for.
Nutkins retreat really is a hidden gem, in an excellent spot for exploring, and there’s even a great pub within walking distance, on the bank of the river medina a leisurely stroll away.
