This collection of purpose-built holiday cottages occupies a premium site on the seafront on the outskirts of the small but popular village of Seaview on the north-east coast of the Isle of Wight
Each of these Holiday-cottages has been recently modernised with the addition of new kitchens and log burning stoves. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a comfortable living and dining area and decking areas to the front and rear. The master bedroom is on the top floor and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and WC. The downstairs twin bedroom has patio doors leading onto the rear decking and is next to the ground floor shower / wet room.
This cottage has a large rear decking with views out over the communal lawns towards the Nature reserve, which is accessible via a public footpath just along the seafront.
Each cottage comes fully equipped with flatscreen TV, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, linen & towels and Wifi. The cottages are also pet friendly, so your four-legged friend does not need to be left behind.
Perched on the Seafront, just a moments stroll from the beach, these cottages make for a perfect family holiday getaway throughout the year, and offer a quiet and safe area where children can play.
The site has a large communal green in the centre and alongside the nature reserve, and there is adequate free parking for multiple cars.

When coming into Seaview from Ryde, along Appley Road and Puckpool hill, follow the seafront (sea wall on the left) until you reach the traffic calming area at the corner of Oakhill Road. Drive straight on into Duver Road. The entrance to the Tollgate cottages is immediately on your left. Drive into the site and park in the central area at the end of the cul-de-sac and park outside of your property. All the cottages are numbered so are easy to find. The keysafe can be found on the dividing wall on the front decking.
There is space for multiple cars in the paying bays in the centre of the development. Additional space are available in the large overflow car park
