Red House is a spacious semi-detached cottage on the edge of the popular seaside village of Seaview.
This 2-bedroom seaside cottage is only 150 metres from the sea and offers spacious accommodation for up to 5 people in two bedrooms. The large open plan Kitchen-diner leads onto the enclosed garden which also features a Wooden garden Lodge, with twin beds and cloakroom, that can be used for additional accommodation in the warmer months (May to October).*
For larger groups, this property can be rented along with the property next door (Oaks), accommodating up to 10 people in total.
In addition to the large dining area, there is also a comfortable living room at the front of the house, with Sea views. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One double room with en-suite WC & basin, a twin room with a single and bunk beds and also a family bathroom. In addition to the family bathroom, there is also a shower room on the ground floor.
Seaview is a traditional Victorian seaside village, popular with holidaymakers throughout the year. The village has a variety of beaches within easy reach of the village centre, some of which allow dogs. The nearby park at Puckpool, leads onto Appley beach, which has vast areas of sand and safe bathing waters. There are a number of places to eat and have a drink in the village and also a charming local community shop, post office and pharmacy.
The property is ideal for families due to the close proximity to sandy beaches and it also accepts dogs, so none of the family will be left behind.

When coming into Seaview from Ryde, along Appley Road and Puckpool hill, follow the seafront (sea wall on the left) until you reach the traffic calming area, at which point you'll see Oakhill Road on your right. Turn right into Oakhill road and your property is the 6th House on the right. Please park on the left-hand driveway at the front of the property. Access is via the side gate to the front door.
There is parking available on the driveway for 2 cars and additional free parking can be found at the end of the road.
